Do you agree to provide meaningful unpaid work experience opportunities for international students from Access Recognised Training Australia? *

Do you agree to provide students with exposure to culinary practical skills including but not limited to food preparation, WHS, hygiene, and kitchen equipment usage?*

I acknowledge I have the authority to terminate the work experience activities of any student whose behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to business operations. *

I acknowledge that all work experience activities I provide are unpaid placements. *

I acknowledge that I am entitled to employ any international student I provide work experience to, without incurring any recruitment fees or charges from Access Recognised Training Australia.*

I acknowledge I have the authority to terminate my companies participation in the Industry Placement Program at any time for any reason. *

Do you authorise Access Recognised Training Australia to display your business logo on promotional materials (hard copy and digital) that relate to the Industry Placement Program? *

I acknowledge that all students will be covered by Access Recognised Training Australia's workers compensation and public liability insurance policies during their work experience activities.*

I acknowledge and agree that the acceptance of this Application Form is at the sole discretion of Access Recognised Training Australia, and their decision shall be final and binding.*

I hereby acknowledge and agree that Access Recognised Training Australia reserves the right to suspend or cancel my participation in the Industry Placement Program if I fail to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the program.*
